The project
A collection of n8n workflows that use AI agents powered by Claude to keep a large company database in Airtable clean, categorized, and enriched, without manual data entry.
Company categorization:
- An AI agent classifies each company into one of a fixed set of industry categories based on its summary, writing the result straight back to the database
- Only processes records that are missing a category and skips the rest
- Token usage logging to track AI cost per run
Record enrichment:
- AI-generated company summaries from raw business data
- Validation of contact details before records are synced to the CRM
- Automatic duplicate prevention across runs
Both workflows:
- Run automatically on a schedule, fully automated end to end
- Error handling so a single failed record doesn't stop the batch
