WTG Internal Learning Platform

An internal learning platform built to onboard and train employees by role. Each team gets its own learning path, laid out as a step-by-step timeline of courses so everyone knows exactly what to learn next.

For learners:

• Role-based learning paths with a visual course timeline and overall progress
• Five lesson types: rich text, video, audio, documents, and interactive HTML lessons
• Multi-track lessons, like a playlist of example videos or a set of audio examples
• Step-by-step lesson navigation with mark-as-done and per-course progress
• Uses existing WTG platform accounts: sign in on the login page, or skip it entirely when already logged in to the main app

For admins:

• Progress and engagement reporting for team leads, showing completed lessons and completion rates
• Create and manage learning paths, courses, and lessons, with drag-and-drop reordering
• Courses can be shared across multiple learning paths
• Upload interactive HTML lessons and media files, stored on Cloudinary and AWS S3

Notable features:

• Custom video and audio players with track lists and downloads
• Rich text editor for writing lesson content directly in the admin panel
